I am a bit sad to know that this is the last we will see of Michael and the Discovery. I haven‘t actually watched it yet, only seen some preview and promo pictures, but I‘m looking forward to watching it later this year.

I really enjoyed it. I'm sad that we won't get more, but I thought they also managed to leave it in a good place. Gone too soon but it will live forever in our hearts.

I enjoyed it and am really sad this was the final season (both because I really like the show and because it felt like they were setting up some interesting stuff for a sixth season).

Love your icon! And maybe they left that stuff open to be continued in other media? Like in Buffy where they went on to tell stories with comics.

Maybe, although iirc they found out after they finished filming it was going to be the final season? I'm hoping some of it and characters from Discovery show up in the forthcoming Starfleet Academy series (and/or other media).

I thought it was a pretty solid season and am sad it's the last one we're getting. I found the final episode satisfying, which is all I really wanted from it and definitely not something I can say about every Trek finale I've seen.

I‘m glad to hear the second person say the finale leaves us in a good place.

I really enjoyed it, but I'm also glad that it ended where it did -- not just because it was a good end point for most of the characters, but it felt like the first season of Discovery that was written for the types of people who watch TV with one eye on their phone.

I'm so behind on most everything telly, but I definitely plan to watch it after I catch up with season 4.

I think they stuck the landing for the end. As much as I hate to see it go, they went out well and it left open space for other stories to be told.
