Meta Analysis of Michael Burnham as of s03 x 03

So after some discussion I wrote and posted a meta about Michael questioning whether or not she ever wanted to be captain. X

I was really, really pleased with the writing for Michael in the last episode, but I saw some people who were surprised or confused by how different she seemed and decided to writte a meta about why the change made sense to me and I'd love to discuss some of these ideas with other fans if you're interested.

I love how happy, or at least genuinely lighthearted, she is right now. I don't ascribe to Georgiou's general morality but I do agree with her that the year away was really good for Michael. <3
