Michelle Yeoh has only appeared in three episodes of Discovery, and only one that required a stunt double, but IMDB lists her stunt double as appearing in four episodes.

Of course, this might be an error, or she might be doubling for multiple people, who knows?

Reasonable hopes: Shenzhou-era flashbacks, mirror universe shenanigans.

Wild, absurd hopes: time travel/acts of Q/some other kind of plot device enables Michael to swoop in and save her moments before death, or the Klingons just straight-up lied about eating her and she's actually chilling in one of the less awful Klingon prisons. It was ... some other human they ate. Yeah. It's a mistake anyone could make.

What did her stunt double even have to do in A Butcher’s Cry? All Georgiou did was stand there and deliver a speech?

Then again, my cousin was a stunt double for Minnie Driver and some of her tasks were very mundane, like being a hand double.

Yeah, I don't think she had a stunt double for that, or for "The Vulcan Hello". Body doubles are usually different from the stunt doubles, because they're cast for their resemblance to an actor, not a special skillset. (Whereas resemblance to an actor is so optional in a stunt double that, if IMDB is to believed, several of Sonequa Martin-Green's stunt doubles are white women?)

That's why I'm inclined to speculate MADLY. And also gleefully.
